摘要
目的探讨茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光照射对湿热熏蒸型新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法选取商丘市第四人民医院2021年12月至2022年12月收治的90例新生儿黄疸患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用蓝光照射,观察组在蓝光照射基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒,两组均连续治疗14d。比较两组临床指标、中医证候积分、胆红素水平、肝功能指标及不良反应。结果观察组临床指标改善均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组各项中医证候积分、血清总胆红素(TBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)水平、血清总胆汁酸(TBA)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各项中医证候积分、血清TBIL、IBIL水平、血清TBA、γ-GT、AKP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光照射可有效缓解新生儿黄疸临床症状,降低胆红素水平,改善肝功能,疗效确切且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yinzhihuang Granules combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of damp-heat fumigation type neonatal jaundice.Methods Ninety neonates with jaundice admitted to The Fourth People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received blue light irradiation,while the observation group received Yinzhihuang Granules in addition to blue light irradiation.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.Clinical indicators,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,bilirubin levels,liver function indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical indicators of the observation group improved more significantly than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in TCM syndrome scores,serum total bilirubin(TBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL)levels,serum total bile acid(TBA),γ-glutamyl transferase(γ-GT),and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,serum TBIL,IBIL levels,serum TBA,γ-GT,and AKP levels in both groups decreased,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang Granules combined with blue light irradiation can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms of neonatal jaundice,reduce bilirubin levels,improve liver function,and have a definite therapeutic effect with high safety.
