基于SMART原则的心电监护仪管理模式对神经外科心电监护仪错误警报发生率的影响研究

摘要 目的:旨在评估SMART原则指导下心电监护管理对神经外科监护仪错误报警率的影响。方法:通过对比2023年1月~6月(实施SMART原则前,对照组)与2023年7月~12月(实施SMART原则后,观察组)60例患者的监护数据,分析心率、血压、呼吸和血氧饱和度的有效报警次数及护士报警疲劳评分。结果:观察组有效报警次数显著减少(P<0.05),护士疲劳评分明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:SMART原则的实施能够显著降低误报警,增强报警有效性,减轻护士压力,优化资源分配,为心电监护的安全高效应用提供策略依据。 Objective:The aim was to assess the impact of cardiac monitoring management guided by the SMART principles on the rate of neurosurgical monitor false alarms.Methods:By comparing the monitoring data of 60 patients from January to June 2023(before implementing the SMART principle,control group)and July to December 2023(after implementing the SMART principle,observation group),the effective alarm frequency of heart rate,blood pressure,respiration,and blood oxygen saturation,as well as the nurse alarm fatigue score,were analyzed.Results:The number of effective alarms in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the nurse fatigue score was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the SMART principle can significantly reduce false alarms,enhance the effectiveness of alarms,reduce the pressure of nurses,optimise the allocation of resources,and provide a strategic basis for the safe and efficient application of cardiac monitoring.
