便携式低频神经肌肉治疗仪在产后子宫复旧中的应用效果及预后影响

Application Effect and Prognostic Influence of Portable Low-Frequency Neuromuscular Therapy Instrument in Postpartum Uterine Rehabilitation

目的:分析便携式低频神经肌肉治疗仪在产后子宫复旧中的应用效果及预后影响。方法:研究纳入本院2021年5月~2023年6月临床收治产后子宫复旧不全患者60例为研究对象,采用随机分组方式将患者划分为对照组(缩宫素联合生化汤颗粒剂)与观察组,观察组在对照组基础上加用便携式低频神经肌肉治疗仪,每组患者30例,比较不同治疗模式下组间临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗1d、3d、6d及12d后宫底低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后恶露持续时间<15d人数显著高于对照组,治疗后恶露持续15~30d及>30d人数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组WHO QOL-100各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:便携式低频神经肌肉治疗仪能显著提升子宫复旧不全患者宫底下降情况,提升临床治疗效率与患者生活质量水平,缩短恶露持续时间,综合应用价值更高。

Objective:To analyze the application effect and prognostic influence of portable low-frequency neuromuscular therapy instrument in postpartum uterine rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with postpartum uterine dysfunction admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were included as study objects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(oxytocin combined with Shengsheng Tang granules)and an observation group.The observation group was additionally treated with a portable low-frequency neuromuscular therapy instrument,with 30 patients in each group.To compare the clinical effect of different treatment modes between groups.Results:The bottom of the harem in the observation group was lower than that in the control group on 1d,3d,6d and 12d(P<0.05);The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of patients with lochia lasting for 15 days after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the number of patients with lochia lasting for 15 to 30 days and>30 days after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of WHO QOL-100 in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Portable low-frequency neuromuscular therapy instrument can significantly improve the fundal decline of patients with incomplete uterine rejuvenation,improve clinical treatment efficiency and quality of life of patients,shorten the duration of lochia,and has higher comprehensive application value.
