迈瑞BS-830全自动生化分析仪、院内快速血糖检测仪的血糖检验价值

摘要 目的:分析血糖检验中,应用院内快速血糖检测仪和迈瑞BS-830全自动生化分析仪的应用效果。方法:选择本院在2023年4月~2024年1月就诊的198例血糖检验者,分别采用院内快速血糖检测仪检验、迈瑞BS-830全自动生化分析仪检验,比较两种血糖检验的应用效果。结果:快速血糖检测仪检验、迈瑞BS-830全自动生化分析仪检验在空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和睡前血糖检验结果无明显差异,P>0.05。两种检验方式在血清、血浆、毛细血管、静脉血血糖检验结果方面无明显差异,P>0.05。快速血糖检测仪检验的满意度高于迈瑞BS-830全自动生化分析仪检验,P<0.05。结论:血糖检验中院内快速血糖检测仪和迈瑞BS-830全自动生化分析仪均可以满足临床需求,院内快速血糖检测仪的操作更简便、耗费时间更短。 Objective:To analyse the application results of the rapid blood sugar testing instrument and Mindray BS-830 automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods:A total of 198 blood glucose testers who visited the hospital between April 2023 and January 2024 were selected to be tested with a rapid blood-sugar detector and a fully automated Mindray BS-830 biochemical analyzer.Comparison was made between two kinds of blood sugar test.Results:There was no significant difference in the results of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and bedtime blood glucose tests between the rapid blood glucose detector test and the Mindray BS-830 fully automatic biochemical analyzer test,with P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the results of serum,plasma,capillary,and venous blood glucose tests between the two testing methods,with P>0.05.The satisfaction level of the rapid blood glucose detector test was higher than that of the Mindray BS-830 fully automatic biochemical analyzer test,with a P<0.05.Conclusion:The rapid blood glucose detector,as well as the Mindray BS-830 automated biochemical analyzer,can meet the requirements for blood sugar testing.The rapid blood-glucose detector is easy to operate and requires less time.
