经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值

Clinical Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探究经阴道彩色多普勒超声对异位妊娠诊断价值。方法:选择异位妊娠60例疑似病例采用随机数表法分组。对照组和试验组各30例。分别给予经腹彩色多普勒超声检查、经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查。最终以手术结果为依据,比较两组诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度。比较不同部位孕囊检出率。比较两组声像图表现。结果:试验组诊断符合率100.00%、灵敏度100.00%,相比于对照组的76.67%、76.00%均更高(P<0.05),两组特异度100.00%、80.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组输卵管妊娠、卵巢妊娠、宫颈妊娠、宫角妊娠孕囊检出率与对照组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。盆腔积液、假孕囊、原始心管搏动、胚芽以及附件区包块检出率组间对比更高的是试验组(P<0.05)。结论:应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠具有很高的准确率,可以得到丰富、清晰的声像图,为医生诊疗提供可靠参考。

Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:60 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy admitted to a certain hospital selected as the study subjects.They were into a control group and an experimental group using a number table method,30 cases each of the control and test groups.Perform transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination respectively.Based on the surgical results,the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the two groups were compared.Compare the detection rate of gestational sac in different parts.Compare the performance of two sets of sonograms.Results:The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of the experimental group were 100.00%and 100.00%,which were higher than those of the control group(76.67%and 76.00%,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in specificity between the two groups(100.00%and 80.00%,P>0.05).The detection rates of fallopian tube pregnancy,ovarian pregnancy,cervical pregnancy,and cornual pregnancy in the experimental group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).The detection rates of pelvic fluid accumulation,pseudogestational sac,primitive cardiac pulsation,embryo and adnexal masses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ectopic pregnancy was diagnosed using transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has high accuracy,and can obtain rich and clear ultrasound images,providing reliable reference for doctors’diagnosis and treatment.
