分析心脏B超在诊断冠心病节段性室壁运动异常中的价值

Analysis of the Value of Cardiac B-Ultrasound in Diagnosing Segmental Wall Motion Abnormalities in Coronary Heart Disease

目的:讨论冠心病节段性室壁运动异常诊断工作中心脏B超的诊断效能及应用价值。方法:本次研究于2021年5月~2023年5月实施,共纳入冠心病患者80例为对象,行心脏B超检查,以三级医院冠状脉造影检查结果为金标准,分析评价心脏B超的检出数据、诊断效能、诊断符合率及患者接受程度。结果:与三级医院冠状脉造影检查方案相比,心脏B超检出的阳性占比少,特异度、准确率、敏感度、诊断符合率低,但组间比较未见明显差异,P>0.05;不良反应发生情况比较发现,冠状脉造影检查的患者接受程度低于心脏B超,组间比较有明显差异,P<0.05。结论:冠心病的检查诊断中,心脏B超的临床应用价值很高,能够显示患者有无节段性室壁运动异常,为临床治疗冠心病提供有力参考。

Objective:To discuss the diagnostic efficacy and application value of cardiac B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of segmental wall motion abnormalities in coronary heart disease.Methods:This study was conducted from May 2021 to May 2023,with a total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease as the subjects.Cardiac B-ultrasound examinations were performed,and the results of coronary angiography in tertiary hospitals were used as the gold standard to analyze and evaluate the detection data,diagnostic efficacy,diagnostic accuracy,and patient acceptance of cardiac B-ultrasound.Results:Compared with the coronary angiography examination plan of tertiary hospitals,the positive proportion detected by cardiac B-ultrasound was less,and the specificity,accuracy,sensitivity,and diagnostic accuracy were lower.However,there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05);The comparison of adverse reactions found that the acceptance level of patients undergoing coronary angiography examination was lower than that of cardiac B-ultrasound,and there was a significant difference between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the examination and diagnosis of coronary heart disease,the clinical application value of cardiac B-ultrasound is very high,which can display whether the patient has segmental wall motion abnormalities and provide strong reference for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.
