GE Voluson E10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪在胎儿中枢神经系统畸形诊断中的应用价值

The Application Value of GE Voluson E10 Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Fetal Central Nervous System Malformations

目的:分析GE Voluson E10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪在胎儿中枢神经系统畸形(Central Nervous System Abnormalities,CNSA)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取洛阳伊洛医院2021年1月~2023年12月收治的胎儿中枢神经系统畸形孕妇患者35例,对其彩色多普勒超声诊断仪下的检查图像诊断结果进行分析。结果:经过GE Voluson E10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪的实际检查结果可以发现,全部35例患者的胎儿均存在中枢神经系统畸形问题,其中有侧脑室扩张18例,后颅窝池扩张2例,第三脑室扩张1例,脑膨出胎儿畸形1例,胎儿露脑畸形1例,蛛网膜囊肿3例,Danfdy-Walker综合征3例,无脑儿3例,其他8例,漏诊1例,诊断准确率达到97.14%。结论:GE Voluson E10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪在胎儿CNS畸形诊断中的应用价值明显,检出率高、误诊率低,值得在产妇胎儿的畸形筛查过程中单独使用或者与其他医学检查诊断手段联合应用。

Objective:To analyze the application value of GE Voluson E10 color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system malformation.Methods:A total of 35 pregnant women with fetal central nervous system malformation admitted to Luoyang Yiluo Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected,and the diagnostic results of the examination images under the color Doppler ultrasonography were analyzed.Results:After the analysis of the actual examination results of GE Voluson E10 color Doppler ultrasound in clinical medicine,it can be found that the fetuses of all 35 patients had central nervous system malformations,including lateral ventricle dilatation in 18 cases,posterior fossa cisterna dilatation in 2 cases,third ventricle dilatation in 1 case,and encephalocele fetal malformation in 1 case.There were 1 case of fetal exencephaly,3 cases of arachnoid cyst,3 cases of Danfdy-Walker syndrome,3 cases of anencephaly,8 cases of other cases,and 1 case of missed diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy rate reached 97.14%.Conclusion:GE Voluson E10 color Doppler ultrasound has obvious application value in the diagnosis of fetal CNS malformation,with high detection rate and low misdiagnosis rate.It is worthy to be used alone or combined with other medical examination and diagnosis methods in the screening process of fetal malformation.
