摘要
目的:探讨核磁共振在膝关节损伤病变鉴别诊断中的应用效果及检出率。方法:选择2021年1月~2023年1月在医院就诊的80例疑似膝关节损伤患者作为研究样本。在选取的病例中应用计算机断层扫描、MRI两种影像学方法对患者进行诊断,以手术诊断结果为诊断金标准,对比在膝关节损伤诊断中应用CT、MRI两种影像学方法进行诊断的结果各项指标。结果:对于疑似膝关节损伤患者开展诊断时,关于诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值,MRI的各项诊断指标数值均比CT更高(P<0.05)。在各类膝关节损伤诊断中,CT与MRI对于股骨骨折、胫骨骨折诊断的符合率进行对比后均未发现明显差异(P>0.05),但MRI对于韧带损伤、半月板损伤诊断的符合率均比CT更高(P<0.05)。结论:CT与MRI对于膝关节损伤均可予以检出,但相比于CT,MRI可提高对于膝关节损伤开展诊断的准确性,提高对于膝关节损伤患者韧带损伤、半月板损伤的检出效果。
Objective:To explore the application effect and detection rate of magnetic resonance imaging in the differential diagnosis of knee joint injuries and lesions.Methods:The time range for sample selection was from January 2021 to January 2023,and 80 suspected knee joint injury patients who were hospitalized during this period were selected as research samples.In the selected cases,two imaging methods,computer tomography and MRI,were used to diagnose the patients.The surgical diagnosis results were used as the diagnostic gold standard,and the diagnostic results and indicators of using CT and MRI imaging methods in the diagnosis of knee joint injuries were compared.Results:When diagnosing suspected knee joint injury patients,regarding diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value,the diagnostic indicators of MRI were all higher than those of CT(P<0.05).In the diagnosis of various knee joint injuries,there was no significant difference in the accuracy of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of femoral and tibial fractures(P>0.05),but the accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of ligament and meniscus injuries was higher than that of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both CT and MRI can detect knee joint injuries,but compared to CT,MRI can improve the accuracy of diagnosing knee joint injuries and improve the detection effect of ligament and meniscus injuries in patients with knee joint injuries.
