上饶市老年人群发生轻度认知障碍的影响因素

Influencing factors of mild cognitive impairment in elderly population in Shangrao city

目的:分析上饶市老年人群发生轻度认知障碍(MCI)的影响因素。方法:选取2023年7—12月上饶市678名常住老年人口进行横断面研究,采用随机抽样方法进行整群抽样调查,评估上饶市老年人群MCI发生情况,采用Logistic回归分析上饶市老年人群发生MCI的影响因素。结果:本次共发放问卷678份,其中14份不合格予以剔除,有效问卷为664份(有效率97.94%)。在664名受试者中共129名发生MCI(设为发生组),发生率为19.43%,其余设为未发生组。MCI组高龄、受教育时间短、婚姻状况为未婚或离异或丧偶、职业类型为从事体力劳动、体育锻炼频率低、合并糖尿病等占比均高于未发生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,高龄、受教育时间短、体育锻炼频率低、合并糖尿病等均为影响上饶市老年人群发生MCI的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:高龄、受教育时间短、体育锻炼频率低、合并糖尿病等均为影响上饶市老年人群发生MCI的危险因素。

Objective:To analyze influencing factors of mild cognitive impairment(MCI)in elderly population in Shangrao city.Methods:From July to December 2023,a cross-sectional study was conducted on 678 permanent elderly residents in Shangrao city,the cluster sampling survey was conducted by using the random sampling method.The incidence of MCI in the elderly population in Shangrao city was assessed.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of MCI in the elderly population in Shangrao city.Results:678 questionnaires were distributed,of which 14 were unqualified and eliminated,and the effective number was 664(effective rate 97.94%).Among the 664 subjects,129 patients with MCI(19.43%)were set as the occurrence group,and the rest were set as the non-occurrence group.The proportions of those with advanced age,length of education,unmarried marital status,divorced or widowed,physical labor,low frequency of physical exercise,and diabetes in the MCI group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that advanced age,length of education,low frequency of physical exercise,and diabetes were all risk factors for MCI in the elderly population in Shangrao city(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Advanced age,length of education,low frequency of physical exercise,and diabetes are the risk factors for MCI in the elderly population in Shangrao city.
