针灸联合常规药物治疗突发性聋患者的效果

Effects of acupuncture combined with conventional drugs in treatment of patients with sudden deafness

目的:观察针灸联合常规药物治疗突发性聋患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2024年1月该院收治的63例突发性聋患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为研究组(n=33)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用常规药物(甲钴胺片、醋酸泼尼松片、银杏叶提取物注射液、前列地尔注射液)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、患耳平均听阈值、血液流变学指标(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.94%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患耳平均听阈值低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度等血液流变学指标水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针灸联合常规药物治疗突发性聋患者可提高治疗总有效率,以及降低患耳平均听阈值和血液流变学指标水平,效果优于单纯常规药物治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of acupuncture combined with conventional drugs in treatment of patients with sudden deafness.Methods:The clinical data of 63 patients with sudden deafness admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(n=33)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional drugs(Mecobalamin tablets,Prednisone acetate tablets,Ginkgo biloba extract injection,Alprostadil injection),while the study group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the average hearing threshold of affected ears,the hemorheology indexes(whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity)levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the average hearing threshold levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,that of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and other hemorheology indexes in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than the those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of the patients with sudden deafness can improve the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce the average hearing threshold and hemorheology index levels of the affected ears.Moreover,it is superior to simple conventional drug treatment.
