妇科断红饮胶囊联合复方炔诺酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血患者的效果

Effects of Fuke Duanhongyin capsules combined with Compound norethisterone in treatment of perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding

目的:观察妇科断红饮胶囊联合复方炔诺酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血(AUB)患者的效果。方法:选取2020—2023年该院收治的60例围绝经期AUB患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各30例。对照组给予复方炔诺酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合妇科断红饮胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后凝血功能指标[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)]和血红蛋白(Hb)水平、子宫内膜厚度、平滑肌收缩幅度、月经失血图(PBAC)评分、性激素[黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组APTT、TT均短于治疗前,且研究组短于对照组,两组Hb水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组子宫平滑肌收缩幅度均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,两组子宫内膜厚度、PBAC评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组E_(2)水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,两组LH、FSH水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妇科断红饮胶囊联合复方炔诺酮治疗AUB患者可提高治疗总有效率、子宫平滑肌收缩幅度和Hb水平,改善性激素指标水平,以及降低子宫内膜厚度、凝血功能指标水平和PBAC评分的效果优于单纯复方炔诺酮治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Fuke Duanhongyin capsules combined with Compound norethisterone in treatment of perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with perimenopausal AUB admitted to the hospital from 2020 to 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Compound norethisterone,while the study group was treated with Fuke Duanhongyin capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the coagulation function indexes[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)]and hemoglobin(Hb)levels,the endometrial thickness,the smooth muscle contraction amplitude,pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)score,the sex hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the APTT and TT of the two groups were shorter than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were shorter than those in the control group;the Hb levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the uterine smooth muscle contraction amplitude levels in both groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the endometrial thickness levels and the PBAC scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of E_(2) in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of LH and FSH in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Fuke Duanhongyin capsules combined with Compound norethisterone in the treatment of the AUB patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,the uterine smooth muscle contraction amplitude and the Hb levels,improve the levels of sex hormone indexes,and reduce the endometrial thickness,the coagulation function index levels and the PBAC score.Moreover,it is superior to simple Compound norethisterone treatment.
