益肾通络方联合来曲唑治疗少弱精子症患者的效果

Effects of Yishen Tongluo formula combined with Letrozole in treatment of patients with oligoasthenozoospermia

目的:观察益肾通络方联合来曲唑治疗少弱精子症患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年6月该院收治的118例少弱精子症患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各59例。对照组给予来曲唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益肾通络方治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、精子参数(精子浓度、精子成活率、精子活力)水平、性激素指标[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮、黄体生成素(LH)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.61%(57/59),高于对照组的86.44%(51/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组精子浓度、精子成活率及精子活力均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组FSH、LH水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组睾酮水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肾通络方联合来曲唑治疗少弱精子症患者可提高治疗总有效率和精子参数水平,改善性激素指标水平,以及降低中医证候积分的效果优于单纯来曲唑治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Yishen Tongluo formula combined with Letrozole in treatment of patients with oligoasthenozoospermia.Methods:The clinical data of 118 patients with oligoasthenozoospermia admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Letrozole,while the observation group was treated with Yishen Tongluo formula on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the traditional Chinese medical(TCM)syndrome scores,the sperm parameters(sperm concentration,sperm survival rate,sperm motility)levels,the sex hormone indexes[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone,luteinizing hormone(LH)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.61%(57/59),which was higher than 86.44%(51/59)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of sperm concentration,sperm survival rate and sperm motility of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the testosterone levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yishen Tongluo formula combined with Letrozole in the treatment of the patients with oligoasthenozoospermia can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of sperm parameters,improve the levels of sex hormone indexes,and reduce the TCM syndrome scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple Letrozole treatment.
