延续性护理在腰椎骨折术后患者中的应用效果

Application effects of continuous nursing in postoperative patients with lumbar fractures

目的:观察延续性护理在腰椎骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021—2022年于该院行腰椎骨折手术的90例患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施延续性护理。比较两组护理前后疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、恐动程度[恐动症Tampa量表(TSK)]、腰椎功能[日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)]、自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]评分。结果:护理后,观察组VAS、TSK评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组JOA、GSES评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理应用于腰椎骨折术后患者可降低疼痛、恐动程度评分,提高腰椎功能、自我效能评分,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of continuous nursing in postoperative patients with lumbar fractures.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients who underwent lumbar fracture surgery in this hospital from 2021 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received the continuous nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],kinesiophobia[Tampa scale for kinesiophobia(TSK)],lumbar function[Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)],and the self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of VAS and TSK in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing,the JOA and GSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The continuous nursing applied to the patients after lumbar fracture surgery can reduce the pain scores and the kinesiophobia scores,and improve the lumbar function scores and the self-efficacy scores.Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
