医护一体化护理在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果

Application effects of doctor-nurse integration nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery

目的:分析医护一体化护理在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2023年1月该院收治的68例行腹腔镜手术的异位妊娠患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以医护一体化护理,比较两组护理前后心理弹性[Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]评分、术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、生命质量[生活质量综合评定量表-74(GQOLI-74)]评分,以及护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组CDRISC评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12、24 h,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态等GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的76.47%(26/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上予以医护一体化护理可提高异位妊娠腹腔镜手术患者CD-RISC评分、GQOLI-74评分和护理满意度,降低VAS评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To analyze application effects of doctor-nurse integration nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 68 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery in this hospital from January 2019 to January 2023.They were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the doctor-nurse integration nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],postoperative pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and quality of life[general quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]before and after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the CD-RISC scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 and 24 h after the surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the GQOLI-74 scores of social function,psychological function,physical function and material life status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than 76.47%(26/34)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the doctor-nurse integration nursing can improve the CD-RISC scores,the GQOLI-74 scores and the nursing satisfaction of the patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery,and reduce the VAS scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
