摘要
本文首先介绍了稀硝酸双加压工艺及其核心装置“四合一”机组,并深入分析了该机组结构与喘振问题,指出了喘振对硝酸“四合一”机组的严重危害,接着在完成稀硝酸各装置能正常运行的基础上,以防喘振技术为切入点,设计了基于WinCC的硝酸“四合一”机组安全控制方案,最后给出了防喘控制实现的组态逻辑图及相应的组态程序。
This paper first introduces the double pressure of dilute nitric acid and its core technology device"Four in One"unit,in addition,the structure of the unit and surge problem have been further analyzed,which pointed out the serious impair of the surge to the nitrate four in one unit.On the basis that the dilute nitric acid of each device runs correctly,take the preventing surge technology to the entry point,we designed the"Four in One"unit security control program which based on WinCC.Finally,the configuration logic diagrams and the corresponding configuration programs of the implementation of surge control are given.
