发电厂单元机组集控运行危险点自动化监测技术分析

摘要 本文针对发电厂单元机组集控运行面临的多种危险点,提出了一套自动化监测方案。该方案采用智能感知、实时数据分析、异常行为识别等关键技术,对机组运行状态进行全面监测。通过在实际发电厂开展实验,笔者系统评估了方案的性能。结果表明,该方案在提高数据完整性、异常检出率、预警时效性等方面表现突出,大幅降低了非计划停运风险,提升了机组的发电量和经济效益,证明了方案的有效性和实用性。 In this paper,a set of automatic monitoring scheme is proposed in view of the various dangerous points faced by the centralized control operation of unit units in power plants.The scheme employs intelligent perception,real-time data analysis,abnormal behavior recognition and other key technologies to monitor the operation status of the unit.Through experiments conducted in actual power plants,the performance of the scheme was systematically evaluated.The results show that the scheme has outstanding performance in improving data integrity,anomaly detection rate and early warning timeliness,greatly reducing the risk of unplanned outage,improving the power generation and economic benefits of the units,and proving the effectiveness and practicability of the scheme.
