摘要
智能化人机交互已逐渐推广应用,并与媒介平台嫁接融合,提供内容反馈和输出的渠道。因机器属性的局限,其目前在情感交互方面难以满足丰富的应用需求,特别是无法避免地出现信息错配和价值误导,这使得媒介人机交互如何更好融入情理、法理、伦理等方面的要求成为越来越关键的研究领域。因此,媒介人机交互将进一步向情智兼备演进,加速推动与计算机科学、神经生理学、心理学等交叉领域的融合应用,促进人工智能迭代升级,尽可能接近“用户想要的”与“交互能给的”相匹配的对等关系,逐步实现向虚拟数字人应用、人机交互终端化过渡、万物互联等方面的价值拓展。未来,情智兼备的媒介人机交互需进一步整合资源减少重复性研发投入,加强与软件性能相匹配的硬件支撑,处理好情感价值导向的柔性与刚性,拓展应用领域的深度与宽度,更好服务大众需求。
Intelligent human-computer interaction has gradually been promoted and integrated with media platforms,providing channels for content feedback and output.Due to the limitations of machine properties,it is currently difficult to meet the rich application needs in emotional interaction,especially the inevitable occurrence of information mismatch and value misleading.This makes how to better integrate the requirements of reason,law,ethics,and other aspects into media human-computer interaction an increasingly critical research area.Therefore,media human-computer interaction will further evolve towards both emotional and intellectual aspects,accelerating the integration and application of cross disciplinary fields such as computer science,neurophysiology,psychology,etc.,promoting the iterative upgrading of artificial intelligence,and approaching the equivalent relationship between“what users want”and“what interaction can provide”as much as possible,gradually realizing the value expansion towards virtual digital human applications,human-computer interaction terminal transition,and the Internet of Things.In the future,media human-computer interaction that combines emotions and intelligence needs to further integrate resources to reduce repetitive research,strengthen hardware support that matches software performance,handle the flexibility and rigidity of emotional value orientation,expand the depth and width of application fields,and better serve the needs of the public.
