基于CiteSpace的生酮饮食与肿瘤代谢领域研究热点及前沿趋势可视化分析

摘要 目的探索生酮饮食与肿瘤代谢领域的研究热点和发展趋势,为国内在该领域的进一步研究提供有益的指导和参考。方法通过在Web of Science核心数据库中检索主题词字段,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R6软件和文献计量学方法,对文章的年度分布、国家、研究机构、作者、发表的期刊、基金、引用情况以及关键词等特征进行可视化分析。结果共纳入有效文献412篇,逐年发文量虽有波动,但总体呈现增长趋势,美国是发文量最多的国家。研究热点集中于酮体、氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗、β-羟基丁酸、瓦伯格效应;前沿趋势关注于代谢机制、脂质代谢、结直肠癌、肺癌等方面。结论针对肿瘤代谢的生酮饮食研究正在不断扩展,逐步获得了更多的关注和支持。然而,研究团队间的合作和交流仍然有限,需要加强这一领域的研究范围和深度,以促进团队间的合作,并推动该领域的发展。 Objective To explore the research focus and development trends in the field of ketogenic diet and tumor metabolism,which provides useful guidance and reference for the subsequent domestic research in this field.Methods By searching the subject term field in the Web of Science core database,and papers in annual distribution,countries,research institutions,authors,published journals,funds,citations,and keywords were visually analyzed by CiteSpace 6.2.R6 software and bibliometric methods.Results A total of 412 valid papers were included,the number of published papers were fluctuated year by year,but showed an overall increasing trend,the United States was the highest country for publications.The research focused on ketone bodies,oxidative stress,insulin resistance,β-hydroxybutyric acid,and Warburg effect.The frontier trends focused on the aspects such as metabolic mechanisms,lipid metabolism,colorectal cancer,and lung cancer.Conclusion Research on ketogenic diet for tumor metabolism is expanding and gradually gaining more attention and support.However,the collaboration and communication between research teams are still limited,and the scope and depth of research in this field need to be strengthened to promote cooperation between teams and promote the development of the field.
