摘要 文章提出了采用气动直线度测头配合气动量仪测量深孔零件轴线直线度的方法。在内径气动测头基础上,依据倍率等效应原理设计了直线度气动测量头。根据生产测量实例,分析了测量喷嘴直径、进气喷嘴直径、当量间隙对气动测头压力特性的影响,并选择了适用的技术参数,说明了直线度气动测头、环规的校准与使用方法。该测量方法简便实用,测量效率高,精度满足现场检验要求,已在生产中得到普遍使用。 It was proposed to adopt pneumatic liner measuring probe and pneumatic measuring instrument to measuring straightness of parts deep hole.Based on the inner diameter pneumat ic measur ing probe,designed pneumatic linear measuring probe by equal area principle.According to the example of manufacture measuring,analyses influence factors about pressure characteristics of pneumatic measuring probe,include diameter of main nozzle,and equivalent gap,select applicable parameters.Explain the calibration and method of application about pneumatic liner measuring probe and ring gauge.This method simple and convenient,practical,efficient,accuracy satisfied the needs of production inspect requirements,this method now general use in the production.
