叙事医学进入医学院校课堂的中外比较研究

摘要 本文探索叙事医学进入国内医学院校课堂的情况,梳理归纳出独立开设课程、融入医学专业课程、融入医学英语课程、融入文学课程、融入艺术课程5种类型。进而与国外叙事医学教育进入课堂的类型进行比较分析,指出其异同,并提出建议与改进策略:在基础医学学习阶段开设涉及叙事医学内容的课程、调动专业课教师参与叙事医学教学的积极性、拓展叙事医学在艺术领域的应用、创建叙事医学素材资源库。 This paper explores the situation of narrative medicine entering the classroom of medical colleges in China,and summarizes five types:independent courses,integrated into medical professional courses,integrated into medical English courses,integrated into literature courses,integrated into art courses.Then,it compares and analyzes the types of narrative medicine education entering the classroom in foreign countries,points out its similarities and differences,and puts forward suggestions and improvement strategies:to set up courses involving narrative medicine in the basic medical learning stage,mobilize the enthusiasm of professional teachers participating in narrative medicine,expand the application of narrative medicine in the f ield of arts,and create narrative medicine material resource database.
