This paper analyzes the main problems and influencing factors of the empathic ability of emergency residents,and discusses the necessity and implementation ways of applying narrative medicine to improve the empathic ability of emergency residents,and shows the implementation ways of cultivating the empathic ability of emergency residents in C entral People’s Hospital of Zhangjiang.
