摘要
伊犁新天煤化工有限责任公司煤制天然气项目造气装置选用碎煤加压气化炉,废水处理采用酚、氨回收工艺技术。酚氨回收装置脱酸塔、脱氨塔运行一段时间出现换热冷却效果差、工艺参数偏离正常控制范围的问题。通过对脱酸塔、脱氨塔采取碱液清洗的措施,改造后运行效果良好。
Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.'s coal to natural gas project uses a crushed coal pressurized gasifier for the gas production unit,and phenol and ammonia recovery technology for wastewater treatment.The deacidification tower and deamination tower of the phenol ammonia recovery unit have been running for a period of time,resulting in poor heat exchange and cooling effects,and process parameters deviating from the normal control range.By adopting alkaline cleaning measures for the deacidification tower and deamination tower,the operation effect is good after the transformation.
