摘要
煤制甲醇装置生产中,离心式压缩机的运行稳定直接关系着甲醇生产装置的稳定以及产能高低,而干气密封作为压缩机运行中重要且独立的运行单元系统,对于压缩机稳定运行且防止缸体内高温、高压、有毒、有害气体泄漏的作用至关重要,针对干气密封系统出现的异常、泄漏、处理措施以及优化技改等方面进行探讨,提出相关建议,从而保障甲醇生产装置离心式压缩机安全、稳定、长周期运行。
In the coal to methanol plant,the stable operation of centrifugal compressors is directly related to the stability and production capacity of the methanol production plant.As an important and independent operating unit system in the compressor,the dry gas seal plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of the compressor and preventing the leakage of high temperature,high pressure,toxic and harmful gases in the cylinder body.This article discusses the abnormalities,leaks,treatment measures,optimization and technological transformation of the dry gas seal system,and proposes relevant suggestions to ensure the safe,stable and long-term operation of centrifugal compressors in methanol production plants.
