摘要
构建科学合理的指标体系与评价模型对文化遗产数字化平台信息服务质量进行测度,有助于促进文化遗产数字化平台可持续发展,推动新时代文化遗产保护与传承创新。结合文化遗产数字化平台的信息服务特征,以SERVQUAL模型为指导构建文化遗产数字化平台信息服务质量评价指标体系,并基于可拓云模型建立相应的评价模型进行实证分析。根据云游敦煌和数字故宫实证研究结果,从还原文化遗产细节、提升用户满意度、响应用户诉求、重视隐私安全保护、增强用户情感认同5个方面提出文化遗产数字化平台信息服务质量优化策略。
Constructing a scientific and reasonable index system and evaluation model to measure the information service quality of digital platform for cultural heritage is helpful to promote the sustainable development of digital platform for cultural heritage and promote the protection,inheritance and innovation of cultural heritage in the new era.Combined with the characteristics of information service of digital platform for cultural heritage,the evaluation index system of information service quality of the digital platform is constructed under the guidance of SERVQUAL model,and the corresponding evaluation model is established based on extension cloud model for empirical analysis.According to the empirical research results of Yunyou Dunhuang and Digital Forbidden City,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of information service quality of digital platform for cultural heritage from five aspects:restoring cultural heritage details,improving user's satisfaction,responding to user demands,paying attention to privacy security protection and enhancing user emotional identity.
