摘要
澳大利亚纽卡斯尔图书馆“记忆空间”项目的活动模式成熟、目标用户明确且成效显著,对其调研可为我国公共图书馆失智症群体服务提供借鉴。重点应用网络调查法、案例分析法和文献调研法,探究“记忆空间”项目的背景与目标、服务内容、宣传推广、服务保障。从项目特点与问题两方面总结实践经验,并探讨对我国的启示:优化服务制度,落实主体责任;关注重点人群,突出特色服务;建立常态合作,实现优势互补;健全评估体系,推动迭代升级。
The Memory Room Project of Newcastle Library has a mature activity model,clear target users and remarkable results,and its research can be a reference for the dementia community services in China's public libraries.The article investigates and analyzes the background and objectives,service content,publicity and promotion,and service guarantee of the Memory Room Project.This article summarizes the practical experience from both project characteristics and problems,and discusses the implications for China:optimizing the service system and implementing the main responsibilities,focusing on key populations and highlighting special services,establishing regular co-operation and realizing complementarity of strengths,improving the assessment system and promoting iterative upgrading.
