摘要
通过细乳液聚合法制备得到甲基丙烯酸2,2,2-三氟乙酯(TFEMA)含氟聚合物乳液,考察乳化剂、助乳化剂、单体含量和超声波强度等因素与聚合反应的对应关系,研究不同类型乳化剂对乳液性能的影响,同时测试乳胶粒的形貌。结果表明,采用细乳液聚合法可以得到稳定性好、粒径分布均匀、分子质量大的含氟聚合物乳液,乳胶粒的粒径为纳米级,乳化剂的选取对乳胶粒的性能产生较大影响。
The fluorinated polymer emulsion of 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl methacrylate(TFEMA)was prepared by miniemulsion polymerization.The effects of emulsifier,co-emulsifier,monomer content and ultrasonic intensity on the polymerization were investigated.The effects of different types of emulsifiers on the properties of the emulsion were studied,and the morphology of the latex particles was tested.The results show that the fluorine-containing polymer emulsion with good stability,uniform particle size distribution and large molecular weight can be obtained by miniemulsion polymerization.The particle size of the latex particles is nanoscale,and the selection of emulsifier has a great influence on the performance of the latex particles.
