分散法PTFE生产工艺聚合工段的HAZOP分析研究

摘要 聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)作为一种非常重要的氟树脂,用途广泛,但是在四氟乙烯的聚合过程中具有易燃和易爆等危险特征。以分散聚合反应工段为例,通过HAZOP分析方法对其潜在风险因素进行系统分析,同时提出对应的风险管控措施,为氟化工企业安全管理提供借鉴和参考,最大限度地减低氟化工生产过程中潜在的危害。 As a very important fluororesin,polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)has a wide range of uses,but in the polymerization process of tetrafluoroethylene,it has dangerous characteristics such as flammability and explosiveness.Taking the dispersion polymerization section as an example,the potential risk factors are systematically analyzed by HAZOP analysis method,and the corresponding risk control measures are put forward to provide reference for the safety management of fluorine chemical enterprises and minimize the potential hazards in the production process of fluorine chemical industry.
