鼻内镜手术联合孟鲁司特钠治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的效果观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with montelukast sodium on chronic sinusitis complicated by nasal polyps

目的探究鼻内镜手术联合孟鲁司特钠治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2021年7月至2023年7月汉中市人民医院收治的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者110例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗,观察组采用鼻内窥镜手术联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效;比较两组炎症指标[血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和降钙素原(PCT)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(98.18%,54/55)高于对照组(87.27%,48/55),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组CRP、IL-6和PCT水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组并发症发生率(1.82%,1/55)低于对照组(14.55%,8/55),P<0.05。结论鼻内镜手术联合孟鲁司特钠治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状及炎症指标水平,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of chronic sinusitis complicated by nasal polyps.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic sinusitis complicated by nasal polyps treated in Hanzhong People’s Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected for the cohort study,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated by nasal endoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated by nasal endoscopic surgery combined with montelukast sodium.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory indexes,including serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.18%(54/55),higher than the 87.27%(48/55)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.82%(1/55),lower than the 14.55%(8/55)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nasal endoscopic surgery combined with montelukast sodium has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic sinusitis complicated by nasal polyps,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and levels of inflammatory indexes,and reduce the incidence of complications.
