盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病的效果

Effect of ambroxol hydrochloride as an adjuvant therapy for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探究盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的效果。方法队列研究。抽取郑州大学第一附属医院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的168例老年COPD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组84例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)、最大自主通气量(MVV)]、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MVV均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CAT评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(1.19%,1/84)低于对照组(9.52%,8/84),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年COPD患者采用盐酸氨溴索治疗可改善肺功能,缓解临床症状,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride as an adjuvant therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in elderly patients.Methods A total of 168 elderly COPD patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects for the cohort study.And they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 84 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received ambroxol hydrochloride treatment based on the treatment of the control group.The lung function indicators including forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),the ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)and maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)score,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the lung function indicators(FEV1,FEV1/FVC,MVV)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CAT score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(1.19%,1/84)was lower than that in the control group(9.52%,8/84),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Ambroxol hydrochloride has a significant therapeutic effect on elderly patients with COPD.It can effectively improve lung function and symptoms,and reduce the incidence of complications.
