中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视共同富裕问题,在推进共同富裕的进程中,提出了一系列重大战略思想,推出了一系列重大政策举措,其理论突破与实践创新集中体现在七个方面:把实现共同富裕提升到党的执政基础重大政治问题的战略高度,提出要与时俱进动态推进共同富裕;把共同富裕定性为中国社会主义现代化的重要特征,提出以共享发展的新发展理念推进共同富裕;把精神文明纳入共同富裕内涵与目标之中,以社会主义核心价值观为引领夯实共同富裕的思想文化基础;运用系统思维,通过完善国家治理体系促进共同富裕,强调实现共同富裕必须始终不渝坚持社会主义制度;实施精准扶贫战略助推全面小康社会目标如期实现;实施乡村振兴战略推动共同富裕;推出共同富裕试验区探索新时代共同富裕新路径。

With socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the issue of common prosperity.In the process of promoting common prosperity,it has put forward a series of significant strategic ideas and launched a series of major policy measures.The theoretical breakthroughs and practical innovations in this regard are concentrated in seven aspects:elevating the realization of common prosperity to the strategic level of a major political issue concerning the Party's governance foundation;defining common prosperity as an important feature of Chinese socialist modernization;incorporating spiritual civilization into the connotation and goals of common prosperity;improving the national governance system,emphasizing that achieving common prosperity must always adhere to the socialist system;implementing the targeted poverty alleviation strategy to help achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects on schedule;advancing common prosperity through the rural revitalization strategy;launching pilot zones for common prosperity to explore new paths for common prosperity in the new era.
