社会治理共同体视角下社会力量参与革命文物保护利用模式研究

鼓励社会力量更多参与革命文物保护利用工作,是革命文物工作体制机制改革的重要突破口,是构建革命文物现代治理体系的必要组成部分。文章基于社会治理共同体理论“主体—规则—行动”框架,阐释了社会力量参与革命文物保护利用模式的内在逻辑,并以瑞金市为例进行了实证分析,从扩充主体、改进规则、有效行动等三个方面提出了社会力量参与革命文物保护利用模式的优化对策。

Encouraging social entities to participate more in the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics is an important breakthrough in the reform of the work system and mechanism of revolutionary cultural relics,and is a necessary part of building a modern management system of revolutionary cultural relics.Based on the theory of Social Governance Community of"main subject-rule-action"framework,this paper explains the internal logic of social entities participating in the mode of protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics,takes Ruijin city as an example for empirical analysis,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures of social forces participating in the protection and utilization mode of revolutionary cultural relics from three aspects:expanding the subject,improving the rules and taking effective actions.
