芽孢杆菌群体感应系统研究进展

摘要 芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)是一类具有运动能力、能够形成芽孢的革兰氏阳性细菌,它们通过群体感应(quorum sensing,QS)系统对环境表现出强大的适应性。QS系统是微生物感知细胞密度变化、实现群体行为协调的关键机制。本文概述了芽孢杆菌群体感应系统的组成和特点,重点综述了芽孢杆菌群体感应系统在调控生物被膜、细胞分化、细菌素的分泌以及芽孢杆菌在群体感应淬灭(quorum quenching,QQ)中的应用等方面的研究进展,分析了目前芽孢杆菌QS系统研究中存在的问题,并展望了未来可以深入研究的方向,为相关研究提供了有益的参考。 Bacillus,a group of gram-positive bacteria with motility and the ability to form spores,exhibit strong adaptability to environment through their quorum sensing(QS)system,which coordinates the behavior of microbial populations in response to changes in cell density.Herein,we outlined the composition and characteristics of the QS system in Bacillus,then summarized the research progress on the regulation of biofilm,cell differentiation,bacteriocin secretion by QS system in Bacillus,and the applications of Bacillus in quorum quenching(QQ).Finally,we pointed out the existing issues in the study of the Bacillus QS system and presented the outlook for future research directions.This review will provide a valuable reference for related studies.
