基于聚乙烯瓶盖在不同浓度乙醇模拟液中油酸酰胺迁移规律的分析与研究

摘要 塑料瓶盖中爽滑剂(油酸酰胺)是消费者关注的热点。研究基于聚乙烯瓶盖中油酸酰胺含量,并对聚乙烯瓶盖中的油酸酰胺迁移量进行迁移规律分析。作者采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)测定聚乙烯瓶盖在迁移时间为10 d时,不同实验温度、不同乙醇体积分数下,聚乙烯瓶盖在食品模拟液中油酸酰胺的迁移规律。结果表明,聚乙烯瓶盖在相同迁移时间、相同温度下,油酸酰胺在95%乙醇模拟液中迁移量最大,相同食品模拟液、迁移时间相同时,温度越高,油酸酰胺迁移量越大。迁移实验时间为10 d时,食品模拟液的乙醇体积分数越大或实验温度越高时,油酸酰胺的迁移量越大,因此乙醇体积分数大小和迁移温度对聚乙烯瓶盖中油酸酰胺的迁移规律有重要影响。 The lubricant(oleamide)in the plastic bottle caps is a hot topic of consumer concern.Based on the contents of oleic acid amide in polyethylene bottle caps,the migration rules of oleic acid amide in the polyethylene bottle caps were analyzed.In the food simulated liquids,when the migration time was 10 d,the migration rules of oleic acid amide in polyethylene bottle caps were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)under different temperatures and ethanol volume fractions.The results show that,under the same migration time and temperature,the polyethylene bottle caps exhibit the highest migration amount of oleamide in a 95%ethanol simulation solution.With the same food simulation solution and migration time,the higher the temperature,the greater the migration amount of oleamide.When the migration experiment time is 10 d,the migration amount of oleic acid amide increases with the increase of ethanol volume fraction or experimental temperature.Therefore,the ethanol volume fraction and migration temperature have important effects on the migrations of oleic acid amide in the polyethylene bottle caps.
