建设具有中国特色、符合人民期盼、适应时代发展要求的现代化乡村是中国共产党乡村建设的主题。革命与建设时期,中国共产党以“觉醒—改造”为核心开启的中国化乡村建设搭建起了理解乡村发展的理论框架,改革开放新时期党的乡村建设以“赋权—重构”为思路确立了社会主义新农村战略,这些探索共同构成党领导下我国乡村建设现代化转型的基础架构。进入新时代以来,中国共产党顺应中国特色乡村建设的现实逻辑,于实现共同富裕的大视域中统筹推进“乡村振兴”战略,乡村建设从理论上迎来了从赶上时代到引领时代的转变,在实践中实现了向现代化转型的应然回归,进一步确定了中国的乡村必是现代化的乡村、更是中国的现代化乡村这一未来走向,反映出中国共产党乡村建设思想的实践性、连续性和创新性发展。
