With the development of the diversity of social culture,ancient Chinese language education and its value in higher education have gradually received attention.The research on exploring the intrinsic connection between ancient Chinese language teaching and intangible cultural heritage education and its application in liberal arts teaching in colleges and universities aims to promote cultural inheritance and innovation through scientific and efficient teaching strategies.The integration of intangible cultural heritage content into the teaching of ancient Chinese can enhance students’language proficiency,cultural literacy,and innovative thinking.Particularly,through interdisciplinary teaching design and the utilization of modern technological means,it can effectively stimulate students’interest and learning motivation in traditional culture.Furthermore,the in-depth teaching of Chinese character culture not only assists students in understanding and mastering ancient Chinese but also facilitates cross-cultural communication and understanding.The combination of intangible cultural heritage education and the teaching of ancient Chinese holds significant importance for cultivating students’comprehensive qualities and enhancing their national pride and cultural awareness.This article offers a new perspective and practical approach for cultural inheritance and innovation in higher education.
