摘要
为有效评估资源型城市转型状况,构建涵盖经济发展、资源环境、产业科技及社会生活4个维度的评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法量化评估了2013—2022年安徽省9个资源型城市的转型绩效水平,建立耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型,开展子系统耦合协调评价和障碍因素诊断。结果显示:2013—2022年安徽省资源型城市转型绩效水平呈稳定上升的趋势,由2013年的0.240 5上升至2022年的0.428 2,由初级转型过渡到中级转型阶段;子系统之间的耦合协调度整体提高,由2013年的0.347(轻度失调)提高至2022年的0.892 (良好协调);各子系统的转型障碍度由大到小为资源环境转型、社会生活转型、产业科技转型、经济发展转型。
In order to effectively evaluate the transformation status of resource-based cities an e-valuation index system covering four dimensions of economic development resources and environ-ment industrial science and technology and social life was constructed and the transformation per-formance level of 9 resource-based cities in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2022 was quantitatively evaluated using entropy weight TOPSIS method.The coupling coordination degree model and ob-stacle degree model were established to carry out the subsystem coupling coordination evaluation and obstacle diagnosis.The results show that the transformation performance of resource-based ci-ties in Anhui Province showed a steady upward trend during 2013—2022 from 0.2405 in 2013 to 0.4282 in 2022 from the primary transformation to the intermediate transformation stage.The de-gree of coupling coordination between subsystems was improved as a whole from 0.347 mild mi-salignment in 2013 to 0.892 good coordination in 2022.The degree of obstacles in the transfor-mation of each subsystem is from large to small including the transformation of resources and en-vironment the transformation of social life the transformation of industrial science and technology and the transformation of economic development.
