硒与人类癌症关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between selenium and human cancer

硒(selenium,Se)是一种人体必需的微量营养元素,其在人体中的稳态及功能对人体健康起着重要的作用。大量研究表明,硒与部分癌症的发生、发展有着密不可分的关系。本文通过全面检索PubMed、Web of Science及中国知网数据库,设定关键词为“微量元素;硒;癌症;硒补充”,将发表时间范围调整为“2017—2023年”,并排除细胞实验研究及动物实验研究,对纳入的文献进行分析评价,总结硒在几种常见癌症中的作用、机理及特点,为癌症的辅助诊断、预防及干预治疗提供新的思路和方向。

Selenium,an essential micronutrient,is integral to human health due to its critical role in maintaining homeostasis and performing vital functions within the body.Numerous studies have demonstrated a significant correlation between selenium and the genesis and progression of various cancers.In this review,we conducted a thorough search of PubMed,Web of Science,and CNKI databases using key words such as"trace elements","selenium","cancer","selenium supplementation",focuse on publication from 2017 to 2023.We excluded cell experimental studies and animal experimental studies to concentrate on human-based research.Through a meticulous analysis of the selected literature,we elucidated the role,mechanisms,and distinctive features of selenium in several prevalent cancers.Our findings offer innovative perpectives and potential strategies for the auxiliary diagnosis,prevention and therapeutic intervention of cancer.
