依达拉奉联合丙戊酸钠治疗脑卒中后癫痫的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Edaravone Combined with Sodium Valproate in the Treatment of Post-stroke Epilepsy

目的探讨依达拉奉联合丙戊酸钠治疗脑卒中后癫痫的效果。方法选择2019年10月—2023年10月同济大学附属东方医院胶州医院收治的80例脑卒中后癫痫患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,所有患者均接受常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组加用丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组采取依达拉奉联合丙戊酸钠治疗。对比两组治疗效果及药物不良反应发生情况,治疗前后血清炎症因子水平、神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平,以及治疗前和治疗后随访3个月内癫痫发作情况。结果两组治疗后血清各炎症因子及神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平均较治疗前得到改善,且观察组各指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后随访期间两组癫痫发作次数和持续时间均少于治疗前,且观察组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合丙戊酸钠治疗脑卒中后癫痫,安全有效,可积极控制癫痫症状,减轻炎症反应,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of edaravone combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of post-stroke epilepsy.Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke epilepsy admitted to Jiaozhou Hospital,Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from October 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.All cases received routine treatment.On this basis,the control group received sodium valproate treatment,while the observation group received a combination of edaravone and sodium valproate treatment.Compare the therapeutic effects,incidence of adverse drug reactions,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and neuron specific enolase before and after treatment,as well as the seizure situation within 3 months of follow-up after treatment and before treatment between two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and neuron specific enolase in both groups improved compared to before treatment,and the levels of various indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period after treatment,the number and duration of seizures in both groups were significantly less than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of drug adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of edaravone and sodium valproate in the treatment of post-stroke epilepsy is safe and effective,which can actively control epilepsy symptoms,reduce inflammatory reactions,and is worthy of promotion and use.
