健康教育最佳模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of the Best Model of Health Education in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施健康教育最佳模式的效果。方法选择2021年1月—2023年1月南安市官桥中心卫生院收治的102例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,所有患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各51例。对照组实施常规健康教育干预,观察组实施健康教育最佳模式。比较两组干预前后行为改善情况和肺功能指标。结果干预后,两组行为改善情况和肺功能均优于干预前,且干预后观察组行为改善情况和肺功能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用健康教育最佳模式,可以积极改善患者的不良行为,提高肺功能,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the effect of the best health education model for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 102 patients with COPD admitted to Nan’an Guanqiao Central Health Center from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine health education intervention,while the observation group implemented the best model of health education.Compare the behavioral improvement and lung function indicators between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the improvement of behavior and lung function in both groups were significantly better than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The best model of health education for patients with COPD can actively improve their bad behavior and improve lung function,which is worth promoting and using.
