摘要
目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期住院患者开展同伴式健康教育活动的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月在南安市官桥中心卫生院住院治疗的100例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者。所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在实施常规健康教育的同时采取同伴式健康教育。比较两组干预前后的肺功能指标、健康知识掌握程度及遵医行为。结果干预后两组的肺功能指标及健康知识掌握程度和遵医行为评分均较干预前得到改善,且干预后观察组上述指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期住院患者,在实施常规健康教育的基础上采取同伴式健康教育,能够进一步改善患者的肺功能,提高遵医行为和健康知识掌握程度,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of peer health education activities for hospitalized elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the acute phase.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with acute phase COPD who were hospitalized at Nan’an Guanqiao Central Health Center from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received peer health education on the basis of routine health education.Compare the lung function indicators,mastery of health knowledge,and compliance behavior between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the lung function indicators,mastery of health knowledge,and compliance scores of the two groups improved compared to before intervention,and the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing peer health education on the basis of routine health education can further improve lung function,enhance compliance behavior and mastery of health knowledge in elderly hospitalized patients with COPD in the acute phase.It is worth promoting and using.
