急性支气管炎患儿实施整体护理联合家属参与式照顾的效果及对患儿治疗依从性的影响

The Effect of Implementing Holistic Nursing Combined with Family Participation Care in Children with Acute Bronchitis and Its Impact on Treatment Compliance

目的探讨对急性支气管炎患儿实施整体护理联合家属参与式照顾的效果,以及对患儿治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2021年8月—2023年8月南平市建阳区潭城街道社区卫生服务中心收治的50例急性支气管炎患儿,所有患儿以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施整体护理联合家属参与式照顾方案。比较两组的临床症状改善时间、住院时间、患儿治疗依从性,以及护理前和出院前家属疾病认知水平与焦虑程度。结果观察组的临床症状改善时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院前,两组疾病认知水平和焦虑程度评分均较护理前得到改善,且出院前观察组两项指标评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性支气管炎患儿在常规护理基础上,实施整体护理联合家属参与式照顾,能够促使患儿更快转归,提高患儿治疗依从性,同时能够提高患儿家属的疾病认知水平并改善其焦虑状态,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of implementing holistic nursing combined with family participation care for children with acute bronchitis,as well as its impact on their treatment compliance.Methods A total of 50 children with acute bronchitis admitted to the Tancheng Street Community Health Service Center in Jianyang District,Nanping City from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected.All children were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group implemented a holistic nursing combined with family participation care program on the basis of routine nursing.Compare the clinical symptom improvement time,hospitalization time,treatment compliance of the two groups,as well as the disease awareness and anxiety level of the family members before nursing and discharge.Results The clinical symptom improvement time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before discharge,the cognitive level and anxiety score of both groups improved significantly compared to before nursing,and the observation group had significantly better scores in both indicators than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,implementing holistic nursing combined with family participation care for children with acute bronchitis can promote faster recovery,improve treatment compliance,enhance the disease awareness,and reduce anxiety of their families.It is worth promoting and using.
