摘要
信息化建设是华文教育现代化的必由之路,也是华文教育高质量发展的必然要求。目前,华文教育信息化建设的主要成绩有4点:(1)华文教育数字资源量大类多,多方参与供给;(2)互联网华文教学活跃,活动项目丰富;(3)华文教育机构入网率高,管理信息化基本实现;(4)信息化机制保障有力,主体作用突出。还存在3个问题:(1)数字资源整合与共享机制不足;(2)技术资源与教育实践融合不够深入;(3)政策支持与基础设施建设比较滞后。华文教育信息化建设的主要内容至少应包括6个方面:(1)推进华文教育数字基础设施建设;(2)加强华文教育数字资源开发;(3)搭建华文教育数字资源平台;(4)深入开展智慧华文教育;(5)培育华文教育信息化队伍;(6)优化华文教育数字服务平台。在现有资源受限的情况下,可以以2项工作重点为突破路径:(1)建设“全球华文教育智慧服务综合平台”;(2)提升华文教师数字素养。
Drawing upon a comprehensive survey of the current worldwide situation regarding the application of information technology in teaching Chinese language to overseas Chinese,this study attempts to address the two major concerns for practitioners of overseas Chinese language education.The findings show that information technology application is an essential path toward the modernization of Chinese language education for overseas Chinese and an inevitable requirement for its highquality development.Currently,four major achievements have been made in Chinese language education informatization:(1) abundant and diverse categories of digital resources with multi-stakeholder participation in supply;(2) active online Chinese language instruction with rich programming manifested in a variety of projects and activities;(3) high internet adoption rate among Chinese language education institutions with basic digitalization of informatized management systems;(4) robust information technology mechanisms with prominent institutions playing a key role.However,there are three challenges remain:(1) insufficient integration and sharing mechanisms for digital resources;(2) inadequate integration between technological resources and educational practices;(3) relatively lagging policy support and infrastructure development.Based on the achievements and challenges as forementioned,this paper suggests that in the future,the primary components of Chinese language education informatization should encompass at least six aspects:(1) advancing digital infrastructure construction;(2) strengthening digital resource development;(3) establishing digital resource platforms;(4) implementing smart Chinese language education;(5) cultivating information technology professionals for Chinese language teaching;(6) optimizing digital service platforms.Given current resource constraints,two priority areas could serve as breakthrough pathways:(1) developing a “Global Smart Service Comprehensive Platform for Chinese Language Education”;(2) enhancing the digital literacy of Chinese language teachers.
