摘要
在软质地面表面铺设一层高强材料可以有效提高车辆通过性,水泥毯由于其特殊的成型工艺、优异的力学性能,可以有效弥补现有应急路面铺设材料的不足。为探究水泥毯在提高车辆软质地面通过性上的应用效果,利用ABAQUS软件建立了车轮—地面和车轮—水泥毯—地面两种有限元模型,对比了水泥毯铺设前后地面的应力和应变。结果表明:水泥毯由于具有较高的硬度,成为了主要受力部位,这使得松软土地面降低了55%的凹陷量、砂壤地面降低了85%的凹陷量,极大优化了软质地面通行条件。
Laying a layer of strong material on the soft ground surface can effectively improve vehicle pass-ability.Cement blanket can effectively make up for the shortage of existing emergency pavement paving ma-terials because of its special forming process and excellent mechanical properties.In order to explore the ef-fect of cement blanket on improving the permeability of soft ground,two finite element models of wheel-ground and wheel-cement blanket were established by ABAQUS software,and the stress and strain of the ground before and after the cement blanket was laid were compared.The results show that the cement blan-ket has become the main stress position due to its high hardness,which reduces the dent amount of soft soil by 55%and sandy soil by 85%,which greatly optimizes the traffic conditions of soft ground.
