摘要
为探究聚丙烯纤维对轻骨料混凝土抗压性能的影响,设计不同纤维掺量,分别制备聚丙烯纤维轻骨料混凝土,养护龄期取7、14、21、28、60 d并分别测定各组混凝土在不同龄期下的抗压强度。结果显示,聚丙烯纤维掺入后,各组轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度均会得到不同程度提升,且抗压强度均大致表现为随聚丙烯纤维掺量增加而前期增加、后期降低的发展趋势,其中掺加0.9 kg/m^(3)聚丙烯纤维时抗压强度达到最佳水平。试验表明,聚丙烯纤维掺入后混凝土破坏形态出现改变,显著提升混凝土早期强度,且有效改善混凝土脆性。
In order to explore the influence of polypropylene fibers on the compressive performance of light⁃weight aggregate concrete,different fiber dosages were designed,and polypropylene fiber lightweight aggre⁃gate concrete was prepared separately.The curing ages were set at 7、14、21、28、60 d,and the com⁃pressive strength of each group of concrete were measured at different ages.The results show that after the addition of polypropylene fibers,the compressive strength of each group of lightweight aggregate concrete will be improved to varying degrees,and the compressive strength generally shows a development trend of increasing in the early stage and decreasing in the later stage with the increase of polypropylene fiber con⁃tent.Among them,the compressive strength reaches the optimal level when 0.9 kg/m^(3) polypropylene fibers are added.Experiments have shown that the addition of polypropylene fibers changes the failure mode of concrete,which significantly enhances its early strength and effectively improves its brittleness.
