摘要
发酵饲料是重要的非常规蛋白质饲料来源,是将高盐、高纤维、高淀粉原料分解并培育更易吸收的菌体蛋白。在发酵过程中,不同类型原料对应不同的发酵策略和复合菌群培育模式,以芽孢杆菌为主的耐盐体系、以乳酸菌为主的抑菌体系和以霉菌为主的纤维降解体系具有各自的适应范围。文章综述了不同发酵原料的应对策略,旨在为进一步开发新型非常规蛋白质饲料提供理论基础和参考依据。
Fermented feed is an important unconventional protein feed source,which is the decomposi⁃tion of high-salt,high-fiber,and high-starch ingredients and cultivation of more absorbable bacterial proteins.During the fermentation process,different types of raw materials correspond to different fermen⁃tation strategies and complex flora cultivation modes,and the salt-tolerant system dominated by Bacillus,the bacteriostatic system dominated by Lactobacillus,and the fiber-degrading system dominated by Myco⁃bacterium have their own adaptive ranges.The article summarizes the coping strategies of different fer⁃mentation raw materials,aiming to provide theoretical basis and reference basis for the further develop⁃ment of novel unconventional protein feeds.
