摘要
试验旨在研究发酵中药后生元对母猪生长性能、抗氧化性能和肠道菌群等的影响。选取同批次妊娠母猪180头,随机等分为2组。对照组母猪饲喂基础饲粮,试验组母猪从上产床开始直至断奶,在全价料中添加6 kg/t发酵中药后生元,统计母猪的生产性能,测定血清抗氧化指标和肠道菌群指标。结果显示:①试验组窝均断奶数较对照组多0.64头,窝均断奶重较对照组高0.48 kg,哺乳期仔猪成活率较对照组高5.51个百分点,均差异显著(P<0.05)。②试验组母猪血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)在第14天和第28天均显著升高(P<0.05);丙二醛(MDA)含量在第28天显著下降(P<0.05)。③与第0天相比,试验组母猪肠道菌群第28天时Faith’s PD指数显著升高(P<0.05),肠道菌群多样性得到提高;螺旋体门(Spirochaetes)、密螺旋体属(Treponema)和普雷沃氏菌属(Prevotella)等的相对丰度极显著升高(P<0.01);总体菌群的分布均匀性更好。综上,发酵中药后生元可提升哺乳期母猪的生产性能,显著增强哺乳期母猪血清抗氧化指标,降低体内有害代谢产物的积累;在改善肠道菌群结构方面具有明显效果。
This experiment aimed to study the effects of fermented Chinese medicine postbiotics on pro⁃duction performance,antioxidant capacity and intestinal microflora of sows.A total of 180 pregnant sows in the same batch were randomly divided into two groups.Sows in the control group were fed a basal diet,and sows in the experimental group were added 6 kg/t Chinese medicine postbiotics to the complete feed from the beginning of the laying bed until weaning.The performance of sows was counted,and serum antioxidant indexes and intes⁃tinal microflora indexes were measured.The re⁃sults showed that:①compared with the control group,the average litter weaning number of ex⁃perimental group was 0.64 more,the average litter weaning weight was 0.48 kg higher,and the survival rate of piglets during lactation was 5.51 percentage points higher(P<0.05).②The levels of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxi⁃dant capacity(T-AOC)in serum of sows in the experimental group were significantly increased on days 14 and 28(P<0.05).The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased significantly on day 28(P<0.05).③Compared with the 0 d,the Faith′s PD index of the sows in the experimental group was significantly increased on the 28 d(P<0.05),and the diversity of the intestinal microflora was improved.The relative abundance of Spirochaetes,Treponema and Prevotella increased significantly(P<0.01).The uniformity of the overall microflora distribution was better.In conclusion,fermented Chinese medicine postbiotics can improve the performance of lactating sows,significantly enhance the serum antioxidant index,and reduce the accumulation of harmful body metabolites.It has obvious effect on improving the structure of intesti⁃nal microflora.
