两种复方中草药添加剂对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能、内脏器官和消化道指数、肉品质及血清学指标的影响

摘要 试验旨在探究两种复方中草药添加剂对蒙寒杂交肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能、内脏器官和消化道发育、肉品质及血清学指标的影响。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将体重(33.26±0.16)kg的5月龄健康蒙寒杂交母羊60只分为3组,分别为对照组、1组和2组。试验期共89 d,其中预试期10 d,正试期79 d。对照组饲喂基础日粮(精粗比为60∶40的全混合日粮),1组在基础日粮中添加1.0%的复方中草药添加剂1,2组在基础日粮中添加0.5%的复方中草药添加剂2。育肥结束时,分别从3组中选择6只肉羊进行屠宰。结果表明:与对照组相比,1、2组肉羊总增重和平均日增重均增加,其中2组显著增加(P<0.05);1组和2组料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),瘤胃pH、GR值、小肠重及其占宰前活重的比例、大肠重及其占宰前活重的比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组肉羊终末体重、宰前活重、皱胃重及其占复胃重和占宰前活重的比例显著高于对照组和1组(P<0.05);2组肉羊背最长肌的滴水损失和血清中白蛋白(ALB)的含量显著低于对照组和1组(P<0.05),而血清中生长激素(GH)和胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)含量显著高于对照组和1组(P<0.05);2组肉羊血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于1组(P<0.05),而背最长肌的红度(a^(*))值显著低于1组(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加2种复方中草药添加剂可促进肉羊的生长性能、脂肪沉积和肠道发育;复方中草药添加剂2对肉羊生长性能和肉品质的促进效果优于复方中草药添加剂1。 The experiment aimed to study the ef⁃fect of adding two compound Chinese herbal medi⁃cine additives on growth performance,slaughter performance,internal organ and digestive tract indexes,meat quality,and serum indexes of Mongolian×thin-tailed Han sheep.The single-factor random⁃ized block design was adopted,sixty Mongolian×thin-tailed Han sheep of(33.26±0.16)kg of BW and about 4 months of age were randomly divided into control group,group 1 and group 2.The experiment lasted for 89 days including 10 days of adaptation period and 79 days for data collection.Sheep in the control group were fed a basal diet,experiment group 1 was fed a basal diet supplemented with 1.0%Chinese herbal addition 1,while experiment group 2 was fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.5%Chi⁃nese herbal addition 2.At the end of fattening,6 sheep were selected from each of the 3 groups for slaughter.The result showed as follows:compared with the control group,the total weight gain and aver⁃age daily gain of sheep in groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to gain in group 1 and 2 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while rumen pH value,GR value,small intestine weight and its proportion to preslaughter live weight and large intestine weight and its proportion to pre⁃slaughter live weight were significantly increased(P<0.05).The drip loss of longissimus dorsi muscle and serum albumin(ALB)content of sheep in group 2 were significantly lower than those in control group and group 1(P<0.05),while the contents of growth hormone(GH)and insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1)in serum were significantly higher than those in control group and group 1(P<0.05).The content of im⁃munoglobulin G(IgG)in serum of sheep in group 2 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),while the redness(a^(*))value of longissimus dorsi muscle was significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of two compound Chinese herbal additives can pro⁃mote the growth performance,fat deposition and intestinal development of sheep.The effect of compound Chinese herbal additive 2 on growth performance and meat quality of mutton sheep was better than that of compound Chinese herbal additive 1.
