苍朴乌梅散治疗仔猪腹泻的效果研究

Study on Therapeutic Effects of Cangpu Wumei Powder on Diarrhea Piglets

为评价苍朴乌梅散治疗仔猪白痢的有效性,选择30头17~23日龄的断奶腹泻仔猪进行临床试验研究。设苍朴乌梅散高、中、低剂量组及药物对照组、腹泻对照组和空白对照组,记录仔猪的体重,进行血液学检查、症候评分、组织病理学观察等。结果显示:用不同剂量的苍朴乌梅散连续饲喂腹泻仔猪5 d,可以缓解大肠杆菌感染引起的腹泻,降低症候计分,降低因腹泻而升高的白细胞、淋巴细胞及其他炎性细胞等指标;苍朴乌梅散低剂量组仔猪腹泻的治愈率为60%,中、高剂量组的治愈率可达到80%。说明苍朴乌梅散按照2~8 g/kg连续拌料饲喂腹泻仔猪5 d,可缓解由大肠杆菌诱导的仔猪腹泻;临床推荐剂量为4~8 g/kg饲料,连用5 d。

In order to evaluate the efficacy of Cangpu Wumui Powder in treating piglet dysentery,30 weaned piglet with diarrhea aged 17-23 days were selected for clinical study.High,medium and low dose groups of Cangpu Wumei powder,drug control group,diarrhea control group and blank control group were set up.The weight,hematology results,symptom score and histology indexes of piglets were recorded.The re⁃sults showed that different doses of Cangpu Wumei powder were used to feed diarrhea piglets continu⁃ously for 5 days,which could alleviate diarrhea caused by E.coli infection,reduce symptom score,re⁃duce white blood cells,lymphocytes and other inflammatory cells and other indicators due to diarrhea.The cure rate of Cangpu Wumei powder in low dose group was 60%,and the cure rate in medium and high dose group was 80%.The results showed that Cangpu Wumei powder could relieve diarrhea in⁃duced by Escherichia coli when fed with 2 to 8 g/kg continuous feed for 5 days.The recommended clini⁃cal dose was 4 to 8 g/kg feed for 5 days.
