摘要
文章针对食品兽药残留检测现状进行深入分析,并提出构建科学、严谨的兽药残留检测标准体系思路。当前面临的主要挑战包括前处理技术研究不足,检测方法在痕量残留检测灵敏度、多残留同时检测准确性以及快检产品质量稳定性方面存在局限,标准物质种类单一、数量不足且质量性能监控不充分。鉴于此,文章提出构建兽药残留检测标准体系的思路,涵盖基础通用标准、样品管理、检测流程管控和质量追溯与服务管理等核心要素,旨在为科学、有效的兽药残留检测标准体系的建立提供参考框架。
This article delves into a thorough analysis of the current state of food veterinary drug residue testing and proposes a framework for establishing a scientific and rigorous standard system for veterinary drug residue testing.The main challenges currently faced include inadequate research on pretreatment techniques,limitations in the sensitivity of trace residue detection methods,the accuracy of simultaneous multi-residue detection,and the stability of rapid testing product quality.Additionally,there are issues with the limited variety and quantity of standard substances,as well as insufficient monitoring of their quality and performance.To address these issues,this article proposes a framework for constructing a vet⁃erinary drug residue testing standard system that encompasses key elements such as basic general stan⁃dards,sample management,detection process control,quality tracing,and service management.The ob⁃jective is to provide a reference framework for the development of a scientific and effective standard sys⁃tem for veterinary drug residue detection.
