摘要
【目的】对8个山楂栽培品种的果实品质进行测定分析,筛选确定其营养品质评价代表性指标,以筛选出果实综合品质优良的山楂品种,为山楂育种、栽培、加工及利用提供参考。【方法】以山西省内主栽的8个山楂品种品系为试材,测定其内在品质等相关指标,并采用相关性分析、主成分分析及主成分综合评分法进行比较和评价。【结果】研究表明,8个山楂品种的果实品质存在显著差异,单果质量与可滴定酸极显著负相关;总糖含量与总酮、总酚含量间存在极显著正相关;总糖含量与Ca、K含量极显著负相关;可滴定酸与P含量显著负相关;总酮含量与总酚含量极显著正相关;K含量与总酮、总酚含量极显著负相关。主成分分析提取3个主成分,累计贡献率为83.014。表明影响山楂果品质的主要指标为总酮、总酚、总糖等。【结论】综合评价结果表明,‘晋红1号’‘泽州红’‘歪把红’‘超金星’‘红五棱’等品种品质综合评价较高。研究为进一步构建山楂果实评价体系提供了参考。
【Objective】The fruit quality of 8 hawthorn cultivars was measured and analyzed,and the representative indexes of nutritional quality evaluation were screened and determined,so as to screen out hawthorn cultivars with excellent comprehensive fruit quality,and provide reference for hawthorn breeding,cultivation,processing and utilization.【Methods】The internal quality of 8 Crataegus cultivars in Shanxi province was determined by correlation analysis,principal component analysis(PCA)and principal component comprehensive score(PCA).【Results】The results showed that there were significant differences in fruit quality among 8 hawthorn cultivars.There was a significant negative correlation between single fruit weight and titratable acid,total sugar content and total ketone,total phenol content,total sugar content and Ca,K content There was a significant negative correlation between titratable acid and P content,between total ketone and total phenol content,and between K content and total ketone and total phenol content.Three principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 83.014.The results showed that the main indexes affecting the quality of hawthorn fruit were total ketone,total phenol and total sugar.【Conclusion】The comprehensive evaluation results showed that:Jinhong 1,Zezhouhong,Waibahong,Chaojinxing,Hongwuleng were highly evaluated.This study provides a reference for the further construction of Hawthorn fruit evaluation system.
